We strongly think 2015 was a great year for Canadian Country Music and 2016 looks even better with many more country music festivals popping up across the country often replacing festivals once held in other music genres. As we looked back at some of our favorite artists and songs we decided to compile our Top 12 Canadian Country Albums of 2015. This list was put together thinking of the entire album even though some of our favorite songs would rank higher than their album listing. It was not an easy list to compile with much back and forth debate. Some of favorite songs were only released as singles and not on an entire album but here is our final list:

12-Johnny Reid- What love is all about

11-Jason Blaine-Countryside

10-Kira Isabella-Caffeine and Big Dreams

9-Chad Brownlee-The Fighters

8-Jess Moskaluke-Kiss Me Quiet

7-Wes Mack-Edge of the Storm

6-Tim Hicks-5:01+

5-Autumn Hill-Anchor

4-Dean Brody-Gypsy

3-High Valley-County Line

2-Brett Kissel-Pick Me Up

1-Dallas Smith-Lifted
